- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time, New York).
- Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- We accept secure payments via PayPal. PayPal supports payment by PayPal balance and credit/ debit cards via Guest Checkout.
2. Shipping Destinations & Transit Time
We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States.
- Shipping Method: Standard Domestic Shipping via reliable carriers.
- Estimated Transit Time: 10–18 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 11–21 business days from order placement.
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen events. Samitrend is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
3. Shipping Costs & Taxes
- Shipping Fee: We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders.
- Taxes: All applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout (if any).
4. Shipment Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your package directly on our Track Your Order page.
- Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.
5. Delivery Issues (Lost or Damaged)
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@samitrend.com within 15 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier to provide a replacement or a full refund.
