At Samitrend, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@samitrend.com with your Order Number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Important: Do not return items without a valid RA number. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.
4. Fees
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Samitrend is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective).
- Final sale/Clearance items.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 3 business days of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account. If you paid by credit or debit card through PayPal Guest Checkout, the refund will be returned to the card used at checkout.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@samitrend.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
